Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE) – Columbia Service Center

The Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE) program at Columbia Service Center provides speech, language, and physical therapy services to children between the ages of 0-3. The program uses a parent-coaching model to help families develop skills to support their children’s development at home.
