Washington Gorge Action Programs – Representative Payee Program
Washington Gorge Action Program’s Representative Payee Program provides financial services for those who cannot manage their money due to physical or mental incapability and offers authorized Social Security and/or SSI benefits to meet their daily living needsluding food, clothing, housing, and medical expenses. There is no age restriction, and the program is available statewide and out of state.

Weatherization is a program that offers grant-funded services to help low-income households in Columbia, Clatsop, and Tillamook counties reduce their energy costs.
Well Connected
Well Connected is a free service that connects individuals aged 60 and above nationwide through phone conversations on topics including education, support, and favorite activities. Each group lasts between 30 minutes to an hour and accommodates up to 12 participants.
Well Spouse Association
The Well Spouse Association offers advocacy, peer to peer support groups, and online resources for spousal caregivers of chronically ill and/or disabled partners. They educate healthcare professionals and the general public about the unique challenges and issues faced by these caregivers. Services are available nationwide with no age restrictions.
West Oregon Electric Cooperative
Qualifying members of West Oregon Electric Cooperative can receive assistance with their energy bills through the Oregon Energy Fund, St. Vincent DePaul, and WOEC’s “Care to Share” energy assistance funds.
WIC – Women, Infants, & Children
