Saint Helens Library
Saint Helens Library offers FREE library cards to city residents, and charges $35/year or $10/3 months for those outside the city limits. The library offers written books, DVDs, a “library of things” including baking pans, kits, and household items. They host book sales and talks, and conference rooms for use by the public.
