Lifeline – Oregon Telephone Assistance Program (OTAP)
Oregon Lifeline provides low cost or free phone or broadband internet services to Oregon residents who receive public assistance from programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, or Federal Public Housing Assistance. There are no age restrictions, and the program is available statewide. Contact hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Low Income Caregiver Credit
The Low Income Caregiver Credit is a statewide program that offers a credit to pay expenses for the care of a person 60 or older, ensuring they are not placed in a nursing home. Eligibility requirements must be met by both parties. No age restrictions apply.
