  • West Oregon Electric Cooperative

    Qualifying members of West Oregon Electric Cooperative can receive assistance with their energy bills through the Oregon Energy Fund, St. Vincent DePaul, and WOEC’s “Care to Share” energy assistance funds.

  • WIC – Women, Infants, & Children

    WIC provides supplemental and nutritious foods, nutrition education and counseling, and screening & referrals to other health, welfare, and social services for Women, Infants, & Children. Contact wic@columbia-health.org for more information.

  • Willamette National Cemetery

    Willamette National Cemetery offers military honors services performed by the Oregon National Guard on a first come, first served basis. Local reserve, veterans service, and other organizations may also perform military honors upon request, without age restrictions, statewide.

  • Wills, Trusts and Elder Law

    Oregon State Bar offers online resources for wills, trusts, estate planning, and elder law inquiries, providing general legal information without age restriction throughout the state.

  • Work Incentives Network (WIN)

    WIN offers individuals receiving benefits in Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Hood River, Multnomah, Sherman, Tillamook, Wasco, and Washington counties the chance to understand how work will impact their benefits, including Social Security, medical, food stamps, and housing assistance. Despite COVID-19 restrictions, ILR is offering phone appointments with limited availability. No age restrictions apply.
