Healthy Families

A voluntary and free home visiting program that offers ongoing support based on your family’s strengths and culture.

Healthy Families is an evidence based child abuse prevention program.

Healthy Families is a voluntary family support and home visiting program. The program focuses on strengthening the parent-child relationship to assure healthy growth and development. Home visitors support parents in becoming their child’s first teacher.  Parents receive information on topics like child development, infant care, and keeping their baby healthy, and learn what is going on in their communities to support new families
