CareOregon Advantage provides Medicare plans with free diabetic testing supplies, lab tests, vision exams, and eyeglass coverage to those who do not have End Stage Renal Disease. There is no age restriction and services are available in Clackamas, Columbia, Jackson, Multnomah, Tillamook, and Washington.
