Columbia County Resource Guide

    Foster Child Park Pass Program

    The Foster Child Park Pass Program by OPRD provides free camping and day-use parking to foster parents, guardians, or adoptive parents of Oregon’s foster children, with no age restrictions, for up to 14 nights in a 30 day period.

  • Eligibility Information: No Age Restriction
  • Availability: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
