Manufactured and Marina Communities Resource Center provides services to individuals that own their manufactured home or dwelling and rent the space from the property owner. The Resource Center offers information on tenant and landlord laws, dispute resolution, park rules and regulations, and park closures. No age restriction and available statewide.
