    Non-Emergency Bias Response Hotline

The Oregon Department of Justice Bias Response Hotline offers a reporting and referral service for victims of bias incidents. They do not investigate reports but starting April 1, 2022, they will offer a limited emergency fund to cover costs incurred within 90 days of a bias incident or crime. The fund covers expenses such as security measures, relocation, costs of being unable to work, and property damage for victims across the state.
