Oregon Trail (EBT) Card Replacement provides a phone line service that helps replace lost or stolen EBT cards for recipients of all ages across the state of Oregon.

Eligibility Information: No Age Restriction
Access Options: Monday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Tuesday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Wednesday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Thursday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM;
Service Area: Statewide
