SHIBA – Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance

SHIBA provides counseling and assistance in selecting Medicare plans and applying for Medicare Savings Programs. They offer their services through a helpline or one-on-one phone appointments with trained volunteers, and can also help with reviewing medical bills and filing appeals or complaints.

Availability: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
