VA – Roseburg National Cemetery provides burial services and perpetual care for all members of the armed forces and Veterans who have met minimum active duty service requirements and were discharged under conditions other than dishonorable. This service includes gravesites, grave liner, opening and closing of the grave, government headstone or marker, U.S. burial flag, and a Presidential Memorial Certificate. There is no age restriction and this service is available nationwide.
