Veterans in Rural Business is a USDA program that offers financial, educational, and training resources to veterans who want to start or strengthen their businesses in rural communities, including over 40 loan and grant programs for community facility revival and redevelopment, and financing for energy efficiency improvements.

Work Incentives Network (WIN)
WIN offers individuals receiving benefits in Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Hood River, Multnomah, Sherman, Tillamook, Wasco, and Washington counties the chance to understand how work will impact their benefits, including Social Security, medical, food stamps, and housing assistance. Despite COVID-19 restrictions, ILR is offering phone appointments with limited availability. No age restrictions apply.
