Child Welfare Hotline is a toll-free service for reporting abuse of any child or adult to the Oregon Department of Human Services. It has no age restrictions and is available statewide.
Child Welfare – St. Helens assists individuals and families with adoption, foster care, relative caregiving, and prevention services, including programs for youths transitioning from foster care, without age restrictions.
Child Passenger Safety center offers statewide services including child seat inspections, safety checks locator, car seat assistance programs for low income families, and information on child passenger safety laws, recalls, and other safety topics. No age restriction.
Boys & Girls Aid offers foster care adoption, safe place shelter, housing services, family engagement, adoption trainings, and pregnancy counseling to ensure foster children find secure, devoted, and long-term families. Contact info@boysandgirlsaid.org for more information.

Amani Center provides Forensic Child Abuse Assessments and support for children and families affected by abuse or neglect. They offer assessments, referrals, family support, safety planning, and forensic interviews. Their services are available for individuals up to 18 years old in Columbia.
