LIHEAP helps low-income households with electric, natural gas, propane, firewood, pellets, and bulk heating oil, as well as minor furnace repair/replacements. They offer services in Clatsop, Columbia, and Tillamook and are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with no age restriction.
