The Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE) program at Columbia Service Center provides speech, language, and physical therapy services to children between the ages of 0-3. The program uses a parent-coaching model to help families develop skills to support their children’s development at home.

Healthy Families – Northwest Oregon
Healthy Families is a program that strengthens the parent-child relationship through informational sessions on child development, infant care, and community support for new families. It is available in English in Clatsop, Columbia, and Tillamook.
