The Health Care Licensure and Certification Program, overseen by the Oregon Public Health Division, provides licensing and certification services for healthcare providers, restaurants, smoke shops, tattoo and piercing specialty, salons/barbering, EMS and other businesses without any age restrictions, across the state.
