Regional Housing Center offers home ownership, rehabilitation, and educational programs to low to moderate-income households in Columbia, Clatsop, and Tillamook Counties. PCs for People offers low-cost computers and internet service to nonprofits and low income individuals, as well as e-waste recycling for individuals and businesses. They operate Monday to Saturday and serve customers nationwide and statewide.
Oregon Veterans’ Emergency Financial Assistance Program provides emergency financial assistance, including emergency or temporary housing expenses, emergency medical or dental expenses, and emergency transportation. Assistance is available statewide and is granted only once, with average award amounts varying. Call before visiting the office, and all visitors are required to wear masks.
