LIHEAP helps low-income households with electric, natural gas, propane, firewood, pellets, and bulk heating oil, as well as minor furnace repair/replacements. They offer services in Clatsop, Columbia, and Tillamook and are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with no age restriction.

Lifeline – Oregon Telephone Assistance Program (OTAP)
Oregon Lifeline provides low cost or free phone or broadband internet services to Oregon residents who receive public assistance from programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, or Federal Public Housing Assistance. There are no age restrictions, and the program is available statewide. Contact hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

HOPE of Rainier offers emergency food assistance, toiletries, energy assistance, firewood, holiday baskets, a backpack program, and a thrift store with clothing, household items, books, jewelry, bedding, and linens. Gas Assistance Program (GAP) provides energy assistance grants to NW Natural customers in need, with no age restrictions. It operates from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Friday, serving residents of Benton, Clackamas, Clark, Clatsop, Columbia, Coos, Hood River, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, Wasco, Washington, and Yamhill.
