National Runaway Safeline offers a 24/7 crisis intervention helpline, information and referral services, advocacy for youths, message service, and free bus tickets for its Home Free program. Their services are available nationwide with no age restrictions. They do not help in finding missing children.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children operates a nationwide phone line to report missing and exploited children, while also providing resources and education on detecting and reporting exploitation. Suitable for ages 22 and up.

Lines for Life Crisis Call Center
Lines for Life Crisis Call Center provides crisis intervention, treatment referral, and support services for alcohol and drug treatment, mental health counseling, and medical resources to callers in Multnomah and statewide, with no age restriction. Trained staff and volunteers carefully screen, interview, and provide the necessary support.
