Oregon Long-Term Care Ombudsman provides advocacy for individuals living in licensed care settings such as Nursing, Assisted Living, Residential Care Facilities, Adult Foster Homes, and Endorsed Memory Care, serving long-term care facility residents through complaint investigation, resolution, and advocacy for improvement in resident care.
