Single Family Housing Repair Loans and Grants

Single Family Housing Repair Loans and Grants offers loans to very-low-income homeowners for home improvements and grants to elderly homeowners for health and safety hazards. They work with individuals aged 62 and above statewide, available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Housing Rehabilitation Program

The Housing Rehabilitation Program offers 0% deferred payment loans for eligible repairs such as roofs, plumbing, heating systems, and more. Available to qualified homeowners in Clatsop, Columbia, and Tillamook with no age restrictions, open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Regional Housing Center

Regional Housing Center offers home ownership, rehabilitation, and educational programs to low to moderate-income households in Columbia, Clatsop, and Tillamook Counties. The center is currently closed due to COVID-19. There is no age restriction and their services are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
