Oregon Energy Fund is a nonprofit organization that offers one-time energy assistance to low-income Oregonians in crisis situations. They work with a number of community nonprofit organizations and are funded in part by PGE, Pacific Power, and West Oregon Electric Cooperative, Inc.

It operates from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Friday, serving residents of Benton, Clackamas, Clark, Clatsop, Columbia, Coos, Hood River, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, Wasco, Washington, and Yamhill.

The Marshland Water Association provides water services to its customers in a professional and timely manner. Their services are available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
