Oregon Family Support Network offers statewide support services for families with children facing mental, emotional, or behavioral challenges through peer support groups, disability education, system navigation, advocacy, a warm line, and an e-source library. No age restrictions apply.

Oregon Family-to-Family Support

Oregon Family-to-Family Health Information Center offers free support, referrals, training, and resources to families and caregivers of children with special health needs, including tip sheets, toolkits, and information about family support programs, educational, recreational, and mental health-related tips. They also provide information about insurance and financial help with no age restriction statewide.

Oregon Farmworker Program

Legal Aid Services of Oregon’s Farmworker Program assists migrant and seasonal farmworkers and forestry workers with employment, housing, unemployment, and tax benefits issues, as well as other legal problems. The program provides services in English and Spanish.

Oregon Food Bank

Oregon Food Bank provides food assistance to hunger-relief agencies in Oregon through various services including food boxes, shopping-style pantries, meals, harvest share, community basket and a food finder location search, without any age restrictions.

Oregon Food Handlers Permit

The Oregon Food Handler’s program offers online training for individuals seeking to acquire an Oregon certified food handlers card. The service is available to anyone, anytime and anywhere for a small fee.

The Oregon Home Care Commission supports homecare workers, personal support workers and consumer/employers in four major areas:​​

​Defining qualifications ​of homecare (HCW) and personal support workers (PSW)
Providing a ​statewide registry​ of HCWs, PCAs and PSWs
Providing training opportunities
Serving as the “employer of record” for collective bargaining for homecare and personal support workers who receive service payments that are from public funds
