They also offer private consultations, workshops, and training programs for children, teens, parents, and professionals. In-person services will resume in 2023. No age restriction, available nationwide and out of state.

Regional Housing Center
Regional Housing Center offers home ownership, rehabilitation, and educational programs to low to moderate-income households in Columbia, Clatsop, and Tillamook Counties. The center is currently closed due to COVID-19. There is no age restriction and their services are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Rent Well Tenant Education
Rent Well offers a 15-hour tenant education course that covers topics such as rental screening, credit repair, eviction processes, and more. It is available in-person, on Zoom, or as a standalone eCourse. Graduates can benefit from the Landlord Incentive Fund, which provides up to $5000 to landlords renting to Rent Well graduates who owe past rent, damages or eviction costs.
Respite Program- CAT
Respite Services issues vouchers to caregivers, covering up to 20 hours per 6 months of respite care services from approved providers. This allows caregivers to take time off, reduce stress, and prevent burnout.

ResponseLink provides medical alert systems with voice contact to certified EMTs at all times, offering In-Home Alert, Wireless Mobile Medical Alert System and Fall Detection devices. Their systems also have a medication reminder and are available nationwide with no age restrictions.
