Oregon Long-Term Care Ombudsman provides advocacy and complaint resolution for individuals residing in licensed care settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and adult foster homes throughout the state of Oregon.

Eligibility Information: No Age Restriction
Access Options: Monday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Tuesday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Wednesday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM;
