Welcome to your Community Action Team

Community Action Team Inc. (C.A.T.) is a locally controlled, private, not-for-profit corporation, serving Columbia, Clatsop and Tillamook Counties. Community Action Team’ main focus is to mobilize resources and address the needs of the economically disadvantaged. C.A.T. currently serves over 16,000 persons annually. The goal of Community Action Team is to reduce the extent and negative effects of poverty by increasing family self-reliance.

Reduce the extent and negative effects of poverty in Clatsop, Columbia & Tillamook Counties through addressing basic needs, building self-reliance, improving access to affordable housing and community facilities.
