ABC’s of Homebuying Class
The purpose of the ABC’s of Homebuying class is to help participants gain an appreciation of what home ownership is all about and gain confidence in understanding and working with people in the process. This is an 8 hour class with topics such as Housing Decisions, Shopping for a Home, Financial Preparation, Mortgages, Closing, Protecting your Investment. Participants meet and are able to ask questions of mortgage brokers, bankers, title company staff, and realtors.
