Forest Park (St. Helens) Forest Park offers 80 units in St. Helens, providing affordable living options for many families and individuals.

Elk Creek Terrace (Cannon Beach) Located in Cannon Beach, Elk Creek Terrace has 36 units. It’s a beautiful place to live near the coast, with affordable rents.

Blue Heron Hollow (Vernonia) In Vernonia, Blue Heron Hollow provides 26 units. This project ensures smaller communities also have access to affordable housing.

Victorian-Olive (Scappoose) Victorian-Olive in Scappoose is a special project with 21 units designed for seniors, offering them a comfortable and affordable place to live.

Corey Hill (Vernonia) Corey Hill is a single-family home in Vernonia, perfect for a family needing affordable housing.

9th Street Home (St. Helens) The 9th Street Home in St. Helens is another single-family dwelling, providing a safe and stable place for a family.

18th Street Apartments (St. Helens) These apartments offer 16 units specifically for homeless individuals, giving them a place to find stability and support.

Centennial House (St. Helens) Centennial House offers permanent supportive housing, helping residents with long-term needs.

Other Housing We also manage several other permanent supportive housing units and transitional homes in St. Helens, helping those in need of temporary housing.
